Using a Refractometer

We have purchased a Refractometer, Model 300036 for the purpose of randomly testing workers to see how dehydrated they are. We are strugling to find information to quantify the readings. Are there graphs of figures that can indicate different levels of how de-hydrated a person is?
Any information will be hugely appreciated.
