3 Axis EMF Meter - TETM-192D

I am looking for details regarding the capabilities of this meter, 3 Axis EMF Meter - TETM-192D, and accompanying software. Does the software have graphing capability; is the acquisition rate of the meter variable through the software settings; if so through what range. Is the operating manual for the unit and software available online.
